We are searching for a talented Technical Writer with an exceptional commitment to excellence to join its global team. You will be an integral member of the team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help generate value for our customers creating entire project documentation.

PROJECT STACK and TEAM::

Team members are in India, Ireland and the US
Engineering Stack: C#/.Net, AWS
Methodology: Scrum, Agile

Interview Process: 1. – HR Interview; 2 – Hard skills check; 3 – Interview with the Hiring Manager

MAIN REQUIREMENTS::

• at least 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Confluence, Jira, Lucidcharts);
• proficiency in creating diagrams and flowcharts.
• ability to overlap with Engineers in India, Ireland, and the US
• Basic knowledge of command line tools allowing the most used operations to run with files, text search, utility installations, etc.
• Proven experience in technical writing or technical support;.
• Understanding of development processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in working with databases.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation.

• Take part in developing technical documentation for various aspects of development, including APIs, SDKs, and frameworks.
• Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to developers and stakeholders.
• Utilize project management experience to coordinate documentation tasks and timelines with project managers and development teams.
• Take part in project planning and resource allocation for documentation-related activities.
• Establish and maintain Commit to a knowledge base of technical documentation, best practices, and development processes.
