The Opportunity:


We are currently recruiting for a UAV Processor to join our Survey & UAV Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in processing topographical survey data, using a broad range of geospatial software and workflows. You will play a key role in transforming UAV-collected data into high-quality outputs for some of the most innovative projects in the industry. Reporting directly to the UAV Manager, you will be working at the forefront of geospatial technology in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.



What will I be doing in my new role?



  • Processing topographical surveys using a wide range of software including but not limited to; Autocad, Civil 3D, Trimble Business Centre, Agisoft, Pix4D, QGIS, ArcGIS, MicroStation

  • Coordinating and communicating with field teams.

  • Following established standard practices and workflows

  • Drafting reports for projects in cooperation with other members of the Survey & UAV department

  • Any other duties as required by the business.



Requirements of the role:



  • Background in engineering, geographical surveying, construction or property.

  • Knowledge of the basic of the photogrammetry

  • Previous experience processing UAV feed based on GCPs including photogrammetry and Lidar approach

  • Excellent data processing, interpretation, report writing and communications skills.

  • Have a good working knowledge of the engineering, surveying and UAV industries.

  • Third level qualification (NFQ Level 8 or above) in Geomatics, Engineering or similar field (desired but not essential).

  • Possess the right to work in Ireland.
