About the Role

Responsible for being the PASSIONATE expert at all times, you will plan, deliver and evaluate Tilbury Training within our Global Flagship! You will demonstrate a balance of commercial acumen and artistry flair with LIMITLESS success!

As Resident Trainer you will be a Charlotte Tilbury role model, displaying excellence at all times through artistry, service and ALL training on counter, as well as 'in the moment' coaching and supporting the management team to drive counter KPI's and sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Strive to achieve and exceed personal sales and service goals through the demonstration of core and new products measured through key KPI's; A£S, AUS and driving appointments
• Deliver world class education programmes to drive commercial success
• Analyse Artist results and deliver remedial tactical training to support both one to one and as a team
• Consistently lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service; driving customer appointments and repeat business
• Be an inspirational artist; demonstrating confidence and always looking to share best practice and develop your own skills
• Demonstrate immaculate grooming standards at all times; you will be the ultimate Charlotte Tilbury ambassador
• Maintain up to date and accurate records of certification, communicating any issues to the management team
• Responsible for skills tests and trade tests, ensuring the appropriate level of competence within the recruitment process in collaboration with the hiring manager

Experience required

• Proven Experience in a beauty training role
• Experience in driving events and masterclasses
• Experience delivering classroom-style training to a large team
• Flagship retail experience
• Lots of energy, passion and the desire to be part of the biggest beauty brand in the industry
