Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and meal support
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life
• Monitor and document changes in residents’ physical and mental health
• Support residents with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident living areas and communal spaces
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement and follow individualized care plans
• Engage in ongoing training and development to improve caregiving skills

• Previous experience as a care assistant or in a related field is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively within a team while demonstrating initiative.
• Willingness to relocate to Dublin, Ireland, and adapt to a new environment.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in healthcare or social care are advantageous.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
