Job Description - Residential Estate Manager - Developer

Role: Residential Estate Manager

Client: Leading Residential Developer

Essentials: 2+ years of experience in a Residential Property, Block or Estate Management role; Property related degree; Full Driving Licence & Personal Vehicle

Location: Central Dublin with site visits as required

Salary: €55,000 - €60,000

This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact on the management and development of residential estates. Estate Management Executive will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with Owners' Management Companies (OMCs), Estate Owners' Management Companies (E/OMCs), and their managing agents, ensuring that the highest standards of service are upheld.

Support the establishment and ongoing management of a portfolio of OMCs/EOMCs and residential developments.

Assist with budgeting, service charge administration, and financial reporting in collaboration with Business Development and Finance teams.

Manage day-to-day queries relating to OMCs/EOMCs in line with company service standards and KPIs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with managing agents, company secretaries, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.

Attend board meetings, AGMs, EGMs, and site inspections as required.

Coordinate the onboarding of managing agents and attend all relevant site handovers.

Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation relating to handovers and estate management activities.
