We are looking for a talented and creative Residential Landscape Architect.
This is an exciting opportunity for a landscape professional who enjoys creating beautiful, practical and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces. You will be involved in the design and development of residential landscaping projects, working from initial concepts through to detailed plans and project delivery.
The successful candidate will have a strong eye for design, an understanding of plants, materials and construction, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional gardens and outdoor environments.
Develop creative and practical landscape designs for residential properties.
Prepare landscape concepts, layouts, planting plans and detailed drawings.
Develop designs that consider the character of the property, surrounding environment and client's requirements.
Select appropriate plants, materials, finishes and landscape features.
Produce professional drawings, plans and supporting documentation.
Work closely with clients to understand their ideas, requirements and budget.
Communicate design concepts clearly and professionally.
Work collaboratively with landscaping and construction teams to ensure designs are delivered accurately.
Visit sites to assess existing conditions and support the development of landscape proposals.
Assist with the development and refinement of projects from concept through to completion.
Keep up to date with current landscape design trends, materials, planting and sustainable practices.
We are looking for someone who is:
Creative, enthusiastic and passionate about landscape design.
Experienced in residential landscape design or a related field.
Confident developing ideas from an initial concept through to a finished design.
Knowledgeable about plants, planting schemes, landscape materials and garden construction.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable communicating with clients and working as part of a team.
Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficient with relevant design and drawing software.
Able to provide a professional portfolio demonstrating previous work.
A qualification in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Horticulture or a related discipline is desirable.
Previous experience working on residential landscape projects is an advantage. We are also interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong practical design ability and a genuine passion for creating high-quality outdoor spaces.
