Residential Negotiator

Sherry FitzGerald Reilly in Clane has an exciting opportunity for a Negotiator to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted property advisor, providing market insight and guidance to clients.


• Manage a portfolio of residential properties, keeping vendors regularly updated throughout the sales process.


• Negotiate property sales, manage buyer interest and bids, and deliver excellent customer service.


• Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers through proactive communication and follow-through.


• Manage buyer enquiries, viewings, qualification and property matching using RPS.


• Support management with growing the business and winning new instructions.


• Maintain accurate records and use company systems effectively.


• Ensure all work is completed to a high professional standard and reflects the brand positively.


• Comply with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, including PSRA, AML, BER and Data Protection obligations.

Requirements

• PSRA licence


• Full driving licence and access to a car


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Good organisational and IT skills


• Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach
