Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, guest‑focused Restaurant Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of Jaspers Restaurant. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, inspires their team, and consistently delivers outstanding service. You will play a key role in shaping the guest experience, driving operational excellence, and supporting the continued growth of one of Wexford’s most dynamic hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, atmosphere, and hospitality at all times.


• Manage, train, motivate, and schedule the team members to deliver smooth and efficient daily service.


• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction, responding to feedback with professionalism and care.


• Work closely with the kitchen team and Crown Quarter management to ensure seamless communication and coordination.


• Monitor budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets, including labour and food cost management.


• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies.


• Drive continuous improvement in service standards, team performance, and overall guest experience.


• Support the planning and execution of special events, seasonal promotions, and brand‑aligned initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high‑quality, fast‑paced dining environment.


• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• A genuine passion for food, service, and creating memorable guest experiences.


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods.


• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.


• Experience with restaurant management systems and POS technology is an advantage.


• A relevant hospitality or management qualification is desirable.
