Retail Manager - Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Manager to join our experienced team at our Kernans SPAR Charlestown location based in Mayo.

As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.

Successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of Fresh Food.

The Role:

• Manage and motivate a team of store employees

• Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for both customers and staff

• Ensure store achieves budgets and sale predictions.

• Must have 5 years’ experience in retail
