Sales Engineer

We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to promote our equipment service solutions to new and existing customers. This is a fully remote, field-based role where you’ll manage your own territory, build strong relationships, and drive sustainable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and manage customer relationships across your region


• Identify new opportunities and grow existing accounts


• Prepare proposals, pricing, and contract renewals


• Carry out site visits, surveys, and provide technical advice


• Work closely with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers


• Track activity and sales performance using CRM and reporting tools

• Sales experience (essential)


• Technical background or industry experience is welcome, but not essential, we’ll support your learning


• Knowledge of compressed air or industrial services is a plus


• Full Irish Driving Licence 


• Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills


• Comfortable using IT systems and keen to learn
