Position: Sales Manager
Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland
Work model: Hybrid
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hire and recruit new talent as needed
- Coach, support and enable a diverse sales team across multiple disciplines and workflows
- Create and implement systems and processes to measure the quality, effectiveness, and productivity of the team
- Create and implement systems and processes that drive efficiency and performance
- Report on forecasting, performance to goal, trends, blockers and opportunities
- Collaborate with the leadership team and our client to identify strategies, and processes to better achieve revenue goals.
- Prepare and conduct weekly and monthly business reviews with clients and be a key contributor to quarterly business reviews with clients
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or Fluent in English (C1). Any European language is a plus
- Experience leading a team of outbound reps or full-cycle ISR/AE reps
- Experience as an ISR/AE with additional team leadership experience in a software vendor, IT Services, SaaS space or system integrator space preferred
- Managed within Ireland before (know local HR legislation etc)
- Exceptional skills in communication and presentation
- Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions-oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience
- Highly collaborative and results-oriented with proven success in sales attainment and the ability to excel in a team environment
- Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, GSuite, and general sales tools such as CRMs.
