The Job Role 

We are looking for an experienced Admin/Data entry Person. Candidate must have the ability to learn quickly and a methodical and logical approach. The role is a one year fixed term cover. 

Dealing with The Sales team and Customers, providing excellent service, and working to deadlines are also key skills, along with your ability to build relationships and in time deal comfortably with people over the phone. This role is offered on a fixed-term contract basis. 

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting the Sales Account Managers with general administrative duties


• Loading Purchase orders


• Checking Delivery ETA’s


• Running Daily Back orders


• Quoting up orders for sales team


• Communicate with customers to a high standard both in writing and verbally


• Always be an enthusiastic team player


• Attending and contributing to meetings when requested


• General administration duties


• If required, assist the inbound team by answering incoming calls to Company standard.


• The successful Admin/Data entry candidate will have:


• A results driven approach to work
