SDI Executive (Italian speaker)

A Day in the Life:
 

We are currently looking for an Italian Speaking SDI Executive to join the Collections team. As an Italian-speaking SDI Executive, you will provide support to the Collections Department through specialised administrative services and functions. 

We need a quick learner with the desire to deliver exceptional service levels, with an eye for detail and who has the ability to think and act independently!

What You’ll Do:
 

• Process electronic invoice rejections within timeframe set by the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate)
• Use online tools to create Italian PPS numbers (Codice Fiscale) 
• Use online tools to verify VAT registration number.
• Propose updates to Master data when error or changes in Company data are identified
• Liaise with other department 
• Use GAR and Optimo as search tools for document retrieval
• Support ad hoc projects as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Italian and English is essential  
• Experience working in a regulatory environment  
• Previous Credit Collections or Accounts Receivable experience is an advantage  
• Experience with document management systems; knowledge of GAR is an advantage  
• Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making skills  
• Demonstrates flexibility, with strong analytical and organisational skills  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required  
• Excellent communication skills and strong technical focus  
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create clear and effective reports  
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

• Key Performance Metric 1: Process electronic invoice rejections within the timelines established by the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate), maintaining compliance and minimizing billing disruptions.
• Key Performance Metric 2: Achieve and maintain a high level of accuracy in the creation and validation of Codice Fiscale and VAT registration numbers, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Key Performance Metric 3: Identify and recommend master data updates in a timely manner, contributing to improved data quality and reduced invoice processing errors.
