Seasonal Sales Ambassador

EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum – Europe’s Leading Tourist Attraction – is looking for a dynamic new team member to join our Sales Team.

We are looking for a Seasonal Sales Ambassador

This role will involve visits to Dublin hotels, tourist offices, taxis and local businesses to promote our attractions.  A schedule of weekly activity will be agreed and co-ordinated with the EPIC Sales Team.

We’re on the lookout for someone who:

• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first attitude. 


• Is friendly, professional, and reliable with strong organisational abilities. 


• Is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. 


• Has flexible availability, including some weekends and evenings.

 Desirable 

• Experience in a tourism, hospitality, retail sales or customer service role. 


• Knowledge of Dublin's tourist areas, tourist attractions, and hotels/pubs/restaurants.


• Interest in Irish tourism, heritage and history.

 What You’ll Do

• Act as a friendly ambassador for the EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum, The Irish Family History Centre and The Jeanie Johnston.


• Visit Dublin area hotels, tourist offices, taxis, cafés, and other local businesses to distribute promotional material to increase brand visibility and drive visitor traffic.


• Ensure EPIC promotional materials (brochures, flyers etc.) are well-presented and replenished regularly in local Dublin hotels and businesses


• Share accurate and engaging information about EPIC, The Jeanie Johnston, and the Irish Family History Centre. 


• Keeping a log of visits, materials dropped, and feedback from each location and monitoring uptake of discount codes to track which partners are most effective.

Working Hours: Part Time, 15hrs per week
Part-time, seasonal role, June – September 2025 working 15hrs per week, including some evenings/weekends. Working days will likely differ each week and will be rostered in advance Monday - Sunday.
