Job Title:         Security Personnel
Location:         Crown Quarter, Wexford Town, Co. Wexford.
Reports to:       General Manager/Head Door Man

Crown Quarter are recruiting a reliable and professional Part-Time Security Personnel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, staff, and guests. This role is primarily   weekend based and requires an individual with excellent observation skills, strong integrity, and the ability to respond effectively to security concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Monitor and patrol premises regularly to ensure security and prevent unauthorised access.
•    Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, or disturbances.
•    Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
•    Control access points and verify the identification of individuals entering the premises.
•    Report any suspicious activity, security breaches, or hazards to the appropri-ate person.
•    Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid if neces-sary.
•    Provide excellent customer service while ensuring a secure environment.
•    Maintain accurate records of incidents and security activities.

Requirements:
•    Must hold a valid PSA license.
•    Previous experience in a security role is essential.
•    Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
•    Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
•    Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
•    Physically fit and capable of standing/walking for extended periods.
