Senior C#.Net Software Engineer

Senior C#.Net Software Engineer required by market-leading MedTech multinational in North Dublin. As a key member of the team, you will mentor other Engineers to support next-generation medical devices and will gain exposure to a diverse range of cross-functional projects incorporating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning aspects. This is an on-site role. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or similar
• 5-8 years’ experience in a working with C#
• Strong programming skills with C# / .NET specifically
• A firm understanding of related architectural issues
• Demonstratable experience in .Net Remoting, WCF and/or GRPC-based communication
• Demonstratable experience in unit testing approaches
• User Interface Development
• Proven experience in the design and development of high-quality software solutions
• Ability to translate customer needs and design input requirements into detailed architecture and design specifications, suitable for critical review by local and external teams
• Experience in the use of software engineering best practices to ensure a high standard of quality for all deliverables (Agile, SCRUM, GDP etc.)
• An excellent team player who knows how to work in a team environment
• Good communication skills - written and verbal skills are required
