Senior Digital UX Design Specialist

Alternatives are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on UX and CX to work as part of a Digital Solutions Team. You will be responsible for looking at customer journeys over website and portals. This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days in the office per week.

What you will do:

• Working closely with internal teams to advocate for user needs and assist with development of appropriate digital assets and customer journey mapping
  
• Co-ordinate design reviews with team members and management stakeholders
  
• Be an active contributor to the creative processes by offering input, providing feedback, and sharing ideas.
  
• Implement the latest visual trends whilst developing appropriate digital assets
  
• Create prototypes to build up customer journey maps, user flows, prototypes, wireframes in collaboration with project teams.
  
• Work directly with development teams to support delivery end-to-end with accountability for the quality of the end product.
  
• Experience of confluence would be an advantage.
  
• Experience of creating lo-fi wireframes and prototypes, user flows and journeys in an analysis capacity
  

What you need to do the job:

• 4-5 years’ experience in a similar digital role
  
• Ability to think strategically about the importance of user experience and interface design
  
• Will have a background in IT analysis/digital marketing.
  
• Skilled in all or some of the following: Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, Balsamiq, Adobe XD
  
• Knowledge of Marcomms related applications is also desirable. Any exposure to the likes of Salesforce CRM, Marketo or other applications / CRM systems is preferred.
  
• Experience in creating high quality content for online platforms
  
• Experience creating lo-fi wireframes and prototypes, and user flows and journeys
  
• IT systems / applications and functional marketing services experience
  
• Experience working closely with developers, product owners, and senior stakeholders
  
• Strong stakeholder management
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Relevant degree in a related discipline such as web development, visual communications, digital marketing, interaction design
