Senior Field Service Engineer Level 3 - Escalation - Major Projects

A progressive growing  IT Services provider who has an interesting array of clients and projects requires an experienced Senior Field Service IT Engineer Level 3 (Escalation Engineer) of major issues for an urgent new role here in Dublin.

As a Senior Field Service IT Engineer Level 3 this role will give you an interesting variety of work with new projects and different clients within the Dublin area.

You must have strong and proven experience with Microsoft technologies at least at  Level 2 in a client facing role either as a Senior Field Engineer or Senior Technical Support IT Engineer.

Requirements

• Several years proven experience as a Senior Field Engineer, Server Engineer, Technical Support, Network Engineer or IT Engineer.
  


• Strong experience within a Microsoft environment.
  


• Strong skills with Windows, Office365, Active Directory.
  


• Servers.
  


• Firewalls, extra points for Sonicwall experience.
  


• Networks.
  


• Firewall & network security knowledge.
  


• Full Irish Driving License.
  


• Client facing IT Engineer experience.
  


• Certifications - Sonicwall certification etc
