Senior Finance Analyst

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), the Senior Finance Analyst is the key finance business partner supporting all reporting, analysis and financial project work for the Circle K Ireland corporate business. 

This is a full-time permanent role based five days on site in Circle K Support Office, Dublin 4. 

Responsibilities: 

• Responsibility for all local reporting to Circle K parent company, Alimentation Couche-Tard (ACT). 

• Business partner with budget owners and senior stakeholders in relation to OPEX and Overheads. ​ 

• Coordinate delivery of local management reporting and ACT reporting packs.​ 

• Coordinate forecast and budget planning process and consolidation of the total business plan.​ 

• Present annual budget sign-off meetings to the leadership team.  

• Analyse and drive cost savings across all areas of the business.​ 

• Champion of new systems impacting the reporting of financial performance.​ 

• Project work as and when .​ 

Experience:  

• Professional accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA. ​ 

• 3+ years' PQE experience in a similar financial planning and analysis role. ​ 

• Experience with business partnering and engaging with diverse stakeholders at all levels is essential. ​ 

• Experience in Retail, Service Industry or similar fast paced environment is advantageous. ​ 

• Strong IT skills with advanced Excel. 

• Experience building reports in Power BI is a preference. 

• Team orientated with the ability to work on your own initiative.  

• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. 

• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills. 

• Good time management with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on agreed deadlines. 

• Strong commercial business acumen.
