A senior leadership opportunity has opened within a major Irish organisation at the forefront of the country’s transition to a net-zero future. This role sits within the Financial Planning & Analysis function, supporting strategic, operational, and financial excellence across a key business unit.

As Senior FP&A Manager, you’ll lead a team of experienced FP&A professionals, delivering insightful analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and decision support to senior stakeholders. You’ll have a platform to drive real impact — from performance improvement and automation to shaping strategic initiatives and influencing commercial outcomes across the business.

Who we’re looking for:

• Qualified Accountant with 10+ years’ post-qualified experience
  
• Proven leader with a track record in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
  
• Strong communicator with the ability to challenge, influence, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
