Senior Front End Developer - React (3 Month Contract)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior React UI Developer to take ownership of the frontend for a user-facing an Enterprise dashboard in the telecoms domain. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, can make design decisions independently, and enjoys bringing structure and elegance to complex datasets.

You’ll work as part of a cross-functional scrum team alongside backend engineers and solution architects, building performant, user-friendly web interfaces that enable users to explore, visualize, and act on real-time data.

What You’ll Do

• Own the frontend development of a greenfield data dashboard application using React.

• Design, build, and iterate on interactive UI components for exploring large datasets.

• Define UI structure and styling – no dedicated UX designer, so you’ll shape the user experience yourself.

• Work closely with backend engineers and architects to integrate with data APIs and services.

• Ensure frontend code quality through testing and code reviews.

• Participate in agile ceremonies (daily standups, planning, retrospectives) as a full member of the scrum team.

• Help define frontend best practices and frameworks as the project evolves.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of frontend development experience with a strong focus on React.

• Demonstrated ability to design UI/UX patterns and workflows without dedicated UX support.

• Comfortable working with data-heavy interfaces (e.g., charts, tables, filters).

• Good grasp of frontend architecture, component lifecycles, performance optimization, and accessibility.

• Proficient in Git, agile development workflows, and collaborative tools like Jira or Confluence.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with FlutterFlow and Streamlit

• Exposure to containerized environments (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.

Work Model

• Open to hybrid working arrangements.

• Collaboration across time zones is expected, so flexibility around meetings is appreciated.

Why Join Us?

You’ll join a fast-paced environment where your decisions shape the user experience. We’re a team that values autonomy, trust, and high performance. The dashboards you build will play a critical role in how our users understand and act on telecom data.
