Senior Graphic Designer

We are currently working with an Irish creative agency who are currently looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing design solutions that meet both creative and strategic objectives. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will collaborate closely with the creative team to produce high-quality designs that align with the clients' brand identities. You will work on branding, packaging, and digital design projects for both B2B and B2C clients, requiring a blend of strategic thinking and creative execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for branding, packaging, and digital projects targeting both B2B and B2C markets.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create and present design proposals, mockups, and final deliverables.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design work, adhering to brand guidelines and industry standards.
• Provide feedback and support to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design practices and outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a graphic designer in a creative agency or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of branding, packaging, and digital design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to clients and team members.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
