Job Role:

The Inventory Associates supports the WarehouseTeam with the day-to-day operations in the Warehouse regarding materialssampling, materials movements into Site, within Site operational areas &shipments from Site to both other Sitesand external customers.

This role will operate with an emphasis on safety andquality and will be committed to continuous improvement, teamwork, personaldevelopment and delivery of best-in-class service in support of Drug Substancemanufacturing operations at the facility.

The Senior Inventory Associate will work closely withboth the larger Supply Chain team, as well as other Site departments and keyexternal stakeholders.

Requirements

Key Accountabilities:

· Execute Goods Receipting activities.

· Execute Sampling activities using the AmericanNational Standards Institute (ANSI) method.

· Execute Picking and Kitting activities forManufacturing material requests.

· Execute Cyle Counting activities.

· Execute Outbound Shipping and Logisticsactivities, including dangerous goods. Support the pack out of Drug Substance.

· Document material offload checks and samplingactivities on eLogs.

· Execute Working Cell Bank activities.

· Key user of the Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) system, COMET (SAP).

· Key user of the Laboratory Management system,GLIMS.

· Support an environment of continuous improvementby participating in and driving innovative activites and ideas in the MaterialAvailability hub to help improve the value stream.

· Support Quality Event Investigations byproviding Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge.

· Act as a Qualified Trainer for Warehouseactivities.

· Always Maintains/ Supports a high standard ofSafety /GMP compliance.

· Actively seeks out performance improvementopportunities, through cross functional training & experience.

· Own Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for anoperational area in the Warehouse and, where required, modify trainingpackages.

· Specialise in one operational area in theWarehouse: Cell Bank Management; Cold Chain Logistics; Material Management; ERPSystem Superuser.

· Actively participate in Audits and GEMBAs as anSME and, support Shopfloor problem-solving.

· Actively participate in the MaterialAvailability Tier 0 Board and the Material Availability Tier 1 Board.

· Any other duties assigned.

Education & Requirements:

· In order to excel in this role, you will have:

· 2-5 years experience in a Good ManufacturingProduction (GMP)-regulated environment.

· Forklift license is desirable.

· Education Level 6 - minimum

· Ability to work independently and, within across-functional team.

· Experience using ERP systems at a manufacturingsite.

· Experience using Microsoft Office programs.

· Ability to promote a culture where Diversity andInclusion is supported.

· This role is a site based role.

· The needs of business might need a change inshift pattern – both afternoon-shift & weekend support
