Weâre seeking an experienced Senior IT Projects Engineer (Level 3 Technical Support) to join a fast-growing MSP in Dublin. With record-breaking client acquisition this year, weâre expanding our team to deliver complex client projects and migrations.

What You'll Do:

Lead IT projects, including migrations, upgrades, and cloud deployments.

Work directly with clients to solve technical challenges.

Deliver top-tier technical support for a variety of business environments.

Requirements

What Weâre Looking For:

MSP or Microsoft Partner experience is essential.

Proven experience with client projects (migrations and cloud solutions).

Strong technical background:
- Microsoft 365 Administration & Azure
- Active Directory & Server Migration
- Endpoint Manager (Intune)
- Windows Server, VLAN, and DNS Management
- Exchange & SharePoint Configuration

Microsoft Certifications (or working towards them).

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Eligibility to work in Ireland and commute to North Dublin.
