As a Senior Lotus Notes Developer, you’ll drive the modernisation of legacy systems while architecting innovative solutions that power our clients’ digital transformation.

Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

• Proven experience in Lotus Notes/Domino development and administration, with proven expertise in designing and implementing complex workflow applications
• Advanced technical proficiency in LotusScript, Java, and Formula language, combined with hands-on experience in Domino Designer and Notes Client development
• Enterprise integration expertise, including demonstrated success migrating Lotus Notes applications to modern platforms (MongoDB, SQL Server) and integrating with systems such as Oracle, SAP, and Azure
• Leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Desirable experience: Knowledge of MongoDB and SQL databases, familiarity with Agile development methodologies, and experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and BPM consulting.

What type of work will I be doing?

• Design, develop, and enhance Lotus Notes/Domino applications across client and web-based platforms, delivering solutions that meet complex business requirements
• Lead end-to-end migration projects, including upgrading Notes applications to the latest versions and seamlessly transitioning data to modern databases and repositories
• Architect and implement enterprise integrations using Java, LotusScript, and web services (SOAP/REST), connecting Lotus Notes with external systems such as Oracle, SAP, and Azure
• Provide technical leadership and 2nd/3rd line support for Lotus Notes applications and Domino servers, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust functional and technical specifications
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of technical practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team
• Stay current with HCL Notes/Domino platform updates and industry best practices, driving innovation and technical excellence

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Relevant certifications in Lotus Notes/Domino development and administration are a plus.”
