Are you passionate about driving change and fostering a culture of simplification and standardization? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manufacturing Coordinator to lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives and enhance production efficiencies. Play a pivotal role in transforming our production processes and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives within production departments.
• Collaborate with production teams to understand challenges and support Lean Management Systems.
• Identify and execute projects for process improvements, including increasing yield, reducing costs, and enhancing safety.
• Incorporate quality into every aspect of work, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Your Role in Health & Safety:

Safety is a collective responsibility. Support management in creating an environment committed to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Energy improvements. Ensure understanding and compliance with safety standards and procedures.

• Relevant 3rd Level Qualification required.
• Experience in highly regulated industries (cGMP preferred).
• Proven success in leading business process improvements.
• LEAN/Six Sigma training with practical application experience.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience in a continuous improvement environment, applying Lean tools such as 80/20, Value Stream Mapping, and more.

Desirable Skills:

• Proficiency in Power Bi and Power App Development.
• Fluent in English with strong presentation abilities.
