Leading the SI&OP process for the Clonmel manufacturing site Lead supply chain and planning activities, in addition to managing the sites inventory goals. Lead the planning team to establish the committed build plan for a defined set of products and ensure that a detailed production plan is agreed with production to meet the committed build plan Previous experience of people management and demonstrated ability in people motivation, organizing and team building is essential. Ensure employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented. 5+ years' professional experience in a senior planning role Level 8 Hons Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Science or applicable field required. Working knowledge of ERP systems and the broader Application Ecosystem, combined with knowledge of key business processes. Ability to shape, establish, communicate and engage teams in the business vision & strategy.
