Job Description:

As a Senior .Net Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex financial applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the .Net framework, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance .Net applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, designing, testing, and deploying applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in .Net development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, and the .Net Core framework.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/React is a plus.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Proficiency in database design and development, including SQL Server and Entity Framework.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the financial services industry or working on financial applications.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Certification in .Net development or related technologies.
