Job Description - Senior Pharmacist Clinical Oncology & Aseptic Services

We the RecruitNet team are always on call to help you find your perfect job and are staffed by highly experienced and professional nursing recruitment consultants. We are now seeking Senior Pharmacist – Clinical Oncology & Aseptic Services for a private hospital located in Dublin, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering aseptic-based services and clinical oncology, as well as counseling medical and nursing personnel.

The fulfillment of all obligations in accordance with hospital-wide policies, pharmacy department policies, and protocol.

Engage in research and ongoing education initiatives related to the position.

Assure adherence to established healthcare guidelines and best practices.

Make sure that all hospital-wide and departmental health and safety policies and procedures are followed, and that any instances of non-compliance are quickly resolved.

Requirements

Be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.

Have at least 3 years post-registration hospital experience, as appropriate, preferably specific experience in implementing e-prescribing

Has oncology pharmacy experience

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a professional and dedicated attitude

Diploma/MSc in pharmacy practice (clinical)

Possess a high standard of administrative and managerial ability

Working or technical knowledge of new technologies including automation.
