Completion and maintenance of quality documentation as required for the manufacture of Medical devices (GMP requirements). Comply with all safety requirements and operate in a safe manner Compete task to predefined deliverables/targets as assigned by your supervisor Set up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's product. Responsible for the overall operation of manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, applying labels, packaging, moving raw materials and finished product, and data entry. Can be deployed as a trainer for other employees Checks and inspects product as required against required specifications As part of a team ensure communications are clear and courteous Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification (L5) Fluent spoken and written English 4 to 6 years Medical device and cleanroom experience Demonstrated computer literacy Mechanically minded Working in a team Communication skills Training/knowledge transfer skills required High level of dexterity and attention to detail is essential Must be eligible to work in Ireland Be punctual, complete task efficiently Ability to work on complex tasks M3 - Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent
