Senior Software Test Engineer (12-month Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Limerick, Ireland

Salary: €70,000 - €85,000 P/A

Youll join a collaborative team building software that supports medical technologies. Were hiring a Senior Software Test Engineer to drive automation, improve reliability, and support delivery in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive software test automation and maintain test frameworks
• Plan deliverables with Product Owners and stakeholders
• Contribute to feature work and bug fixes in C#/.NET
• Maintain clean, scalable architecture and engineering standards
• Build/optimise Blazor components (Server and/or WebAssembly)
• Implement Redux.NET patterns (actions/reducers/effects) and Stateless workflows
• Create and maintain automated tests (unit + component tests)
• Produce clear technical documentation and communicate risks/progress

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in software development/testing
• Advanced C#/.NET (async/await, concurrency/thread-safety)
• Clean Architecture experience
• Blazor experience (performance, rendering, lifecycle)
• Redux.NET and Stateless experience (or equivalent patterns)
• Test automation using xUnit/NUnit + mocking frameworks

Contract

• 12-month fixed term contract
