Senior Technical Support IT Engineers L2 - West Dublin

MSP Microsoft Partners in West Dublin have an urgent requirement to hire Senior Technical Support IT Engineers.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer Level 2.

Two important points first..

1. You must have MSP experience.

2. You must have Microsoft Certifications i.e. MS 102, or AZ 104 or MCSA/MCSE

This client will give you good variety in your work with strong exposure to Microsoft Products and interesting IT projects for the Level 2 Engineers. The client is growing, which means you will have a stream of new clients & projects to work on.

You must be living in Dublin & legal to work in Ireland.

For the Senior Technical Support Level 2 IT Engineer, you will need proven hands-on technical support experience with strong experience on Microsoft products, specifically O365 Administration, Active Directory, Server, Azure, Intune, Sharepoint etc.

Requirements

Key skills:

• Proven IT Technical Support within a Microsoft environment.
  


• You must have experience working in an MSP
  


• Active Directory
  


• Office 365 Administration
  


• Windows 10/11
  


• Server 2012+
  


• Group Policy management
  


• Office 365 Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, etc)
  


• Office 365 Administration (AAD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
  


• MS Azure
  


• Good diagnostic and investigative questioning experience
  


• Great communication skills & good business smarts & perfect business English.
  


• Legal to work in Ireland with the correct visa

Good basic salary between Euro 40,000 - Euro 55,000 (top rate for strong MSP experience & multiple Microsoft Certifications) training, benefits
