An established and growing MSP in Dublin is seeking a skilled and motivated 2nd Level Technical Support Engineer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience as a Senior Technical Support Engineer (Level 2) and a proven track record in a managed services environment.
Provide Level 2 support across desktop, server, and network issues
Troubleshoot escalated technical problems and resolve tickets within SLAs
Assist with M365 migrations, user onboarding, and mailbox management
Support network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs)
Perform routine server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Assist with PowerShell scripts and automation tasks
Contribute to technical documentation and project delivery
Communicate with clients and vendors, keeping stakeholders updated
Strong experience as a Senior Technical Support Engineer (Level 2) in an MSP
Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, and networking
Solid troubleshooting skills and a proactive attitude
Familiarity with tools like RMM/PSA, VoIP systems, and PowerShell
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid work authorisation for Ireland
