Senior Technical Support IT Engineers L1 or L2 - West Dublin

MSP Microsoft Partners in West Dublin have an urgent requirement to hire Senior Technical Support IT Engineer Level 1 or Level 2.

This client will give you good variety in your work with many different technical issues for you to solve and exposure to working on client projects.

You must be living in Dublin & legal to work in Ireland & you either live near West Dublin or can travel easily to West Dublin.

Requirements

For the Senior Technical Support IT Engineer, you will need about 3 - 5+ years hands-on technical support experience with strong experience on Microsoft products, specifically Office 365 Administration, Active Directory, Server, and knowledge of Azure, Intune, Sharepoint is nice to have.

Key skills:

• At least 3 - 5+ years IT Technical Support or Helpdesk within a Microsoft environment.
  


• Active Directory
  


• Office 365 Administration
  


• Windows 10/11
  


• Server 2012+
  


• Group Policy management
  


• Office 365 Administration (AAD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
  


• Azure knowledge is a bonus, however you can learn Azure on the job
  


• Good diagnostic and investigative questioning experience
  


• Perfect business English.
  


• Legal to work in Ireland with the correct visa
  


• Live in West Dublin or easy to travel there.
