Senior Underwriter

• Responsibility for pricing and structuring new investment opportunities and drafting LOIs for leasing transactions
  
• Negotiate new aircraft lease agreements, lease extensions, amendments, purchase/lease LOIs, and aircraft sales
  
• Prepare investment  committee  materials; including transaction  analysis, airline  credit analysis, market analysis and due diligence findings
  
• Presentation of new investment and portfolio management recommendations to management
  
• Develop relationships with airlines and customers for new deal origination, credit due diligence and market research     
  

Requirements

• Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
  are critical
  
• Highly numerate and analytical, with
  good problem -solving skills and the ability to do complex pricing and cashflow
  modeling
  
• At least 5 years prior experience as
  an Analyst in either aircraft/aviation leasing, aviation consultancy or in
  financial services
  
• Experience in report writing
  
• Degree in business, accounting,
  engineering, or finance
