Senior Vice President, Client Processing Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join a rapidly growing business within our EMEA Alternatives Private Markets team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Serve as a strategic and trusted advisor to key clients and senior stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships that support client retention, growth, and overall relationship success.
• Lead complex client onboarding, transformation, and transition programmes, ensuring seamless execution while effectively managing risk, regulatory obligations, and stakeholder expectations.
• Champion the adoption of AI and digital solutions across client service and operational workflows, enhancing scalability, efficiency, risk management, and the overall client experience within a robust governance framework.
• Act as an escalation point for strategic client matters, driving resolution, strengthening client confidence, and reinforcing BNY’s position as a trusted partner in the Alternatives industry.
• Partner with senior leaders across Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, and Client Management to shape and execute the strategic vision for EMEA Alternatives Investor Services.
• Champion innovation and transformation through the adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven operating models that enhance client outcomes, operational effectiveness, and risk management.
• Provide leadership and oversight for new business opportunities and client mandates, ensuring operational readiness, seamless onboarding, and successful execution at scale.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability, empowering teams to deliver exceptional outcomes while supporting the long-term ambitions of the organisation.
• Leverage strong technical knowledge across Transfer Agency Private Markets operations.
• Embed AI into operational workflows, creating structured, repeatable processes that enhance speed, consistency, and quality.
• Ensure robust control frameworks, with a focus on risk management, audit readiness, and adherence to established procedures.
• Maintain oversight of key operational processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and resilience.
• Lead and develop high-performing, geographically distributed teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide clear direction, coaching, and support to ensure teams deliver against objectives.
• Promote strong process discipline, governance, and adherence to best practices.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (finance, accounting, or business preferred).
• TA, fund administration, or investor services experience; Private Equity, Credit, and Real Estate experience preferred.
• People leadership experience in operations.
• Strong experience with TA platforms and workflow tools; SLA/KPI management, controls, and audit readiness.
• Experience linking data, AI, and service outcomes to drive client value.
• Experience in process improvement and change/UAT delivery; familiarity with technology and automation.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills; commitment to an inclusive culture.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills across AML, Tax, Client Service, and Technology.
• Operational rigor and a strong control mindset.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making; strong technology aptitude.
