Job Description - Service Team Leader

The Role

We are looking for a Service Team Lead

 Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for coordinated, timely, effective and efficient scheduling of all Bottled Water Cooler activities to customers nationally and providing updates on performance levels.
  • Responsible for leading, engaging and managing the delivery team, adopting a one-team approach, alongside developing and growing their skills and capabilities
  • Accountable for the delivery team accurately updating all relevant systems with key information to enable successful resolution of scheduled activities and tracking of all mandatory KPIs
  • Responsible for all daily team duties being completed.
  • Take ownership for supporting and driving the performance within Field Operations, continuous improvement and sharing of best practices and making sure the planning team adhere to company procedures.
  • Responsible for providing a daily performance update to the business.
  • Responsible for managing internal and external queries from customers and colleagues.

Essential

  • A good geographic knowledge of the island of Ireland - ROI / NI
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a range of diverse and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to resolve challenging situations in a clear and calm manner
  • A proven track record of providing strong customer service externally & internally
  • Demonstrated competence in using Microsoft Office tools
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve targets

  • A proven track record of leading a team
  • Knowledge and demonstrated skills in utilizing scheduling system effectively
