In this vital role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced ServiceNow solutions that span various platforms and modules. You will work closely with teams across disciplines to create scalable, high-quality solutions that address complex challenges. Accountabilities
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the architectural vision and roadmap.
- Oversee the customization and configuration of ServiceNow modules.
- Architect integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Identify opportunities for optimization of ServiceNow environments.
- Establish governance processes for system integrity and security.
- Act as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow architecture.
- Produce comprehensive solution documentation.
- Lead efforts for system upgrades and platform enhancements.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience in a lead or architect role for a minimum of 3 years.
- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, and CSDM.
- Proficient in ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes.
- Experience with JavaScript, PowerShell, and other scripting technologies.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration techniques including REST, SOAP.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or similar certifications preferred.
- Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and manage projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
