Shop Assistant - Full Time

We are looking for a Shop Assistant - Full Time to join our fantastic team at O'Reilly's SPAR Bandon.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver excellent customer service

• Assist customers with purchases and queries

• Operate the till and handle transactions accurately

• Replenish stock and maintain store presentation

• Help keep the store clean, tidy, and well organised

• Follow Company policies, procedures and health and safety guidelines

Hourly Rate: €14.15 - €15.00 per hour (depending on experience)

• Must be available to work weekday evening shifts (3:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.)

• Must be flexible to work weekends

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Motivated, reliable and customer-focused

• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative

• Basic numerical skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of food hygiene practices
