€80-90k + Package

Required for leading residential developer working on a multi-phase project in excess of 400 units.

This project will entail a mix of housing and apartments, experience in either is desirable.

Role

* Overseeing the construction of a residential housing scheme from greenfield to completion.

* Implementation of all health and safety policies.

* Co-ordination and managing of sub-contractors.

* You will oversee quality control and safety measures on site.

* Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

* Attend regular site meetings with project team.

* Direct and supervise direct staff and sub-Contractors.

* Plan the daily resourcing and control of site labour and ordering of material.

* Maintain a weekly work diary of progress.

* Ensuring procedures in place to maintain plant in good work order.

* Safely compete project to budget within agreed timelines.

Job Requirements

* Degree/trades qualification

* 5+ years site management experience.

* Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.

* Ability to work to targets and deadlines.

* IT and communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.

* Possess a keen eye for detail and finishes
