Job Description - Skilled Operative

We are seeking a general operative to join our client, a manufacturer based in County Cavan.


Responsibilities:
  • Carry out general production duties as part of the manufacturing process.
  • Support stages of production, including preparation and finishing activities.
  • Assist with the movement, packing, and dispatch of finished goods.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised working area in line with site standards and health and safety procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor.


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production operative role


Benefits

  • 4 day working week (10 hours per day)
