Skilled Operators - Boning Hall

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for Skilled Operators to join a well-established meat processing facility. These are full-time, permanent roles ideally suited to experienced butchers or individuals with previous meat factory experience who are ready to take the next step in their career.

About the Role

As part of the boning team, you will be responsible for preparing precise cuts and trims of meat according to specification and at line speed. This is a physically demanding role based in a chilled environment and focused on meeting daily and weekly production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare meat products to specification as part of the boning and trimming process

• Work at line speed to meet production and quality targets

• Operate efficiently in a chilled environment

• Contribute as a productive team member in a fast-paced setting

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience in a meat processing environment is essential

• Strong knife skills and butchery experience in a high-speed manufacturing setting

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods
