We are a well-established provider of person-centered services and we are hiring Social Care Workers for multiple locations across Dublin, Meath, Louth, Cavan, Kildare, and Wicklow.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: €40,000 per annum


• Work-Life Balance: 84 hours/fortnight on a rotating schedule (Week 1: 3x12hr shifts, Week 2: 4x12hr shifts)

Your Role:

• Provide exceptional person-centered care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and complex needs

• Work with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care

• Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity

• Comply with all relevant clinical and HR policies, procedures, and regulations

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualifications: Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, or related field

• Experience: Previous experience in residential, respite, or day service settings, with individuals with intellectual disabilities or acquired brain injuries

• Skills: Knowledge of person-centered planning and the social care model of service delivery

• Other Requirements: Full manual driving license, EU Nationals or UK passport holders only
