QQI Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent).
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a social care or health and social care setting.
Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a care environment.
Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, safeguarding policies, and health & safety regulations.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic, professional, and committed to quality care and staff development.
Full clean manual driver’s licence (essential).
Must Have Stamp 4 right of work in ireland.
