Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high -quality care and support to individuals in accordance with their care plans.
  

• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing for service users.
  

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent care standards.
  

• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
  

• Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, social engagement, and transportation.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a related degree.
  

• CORU registration is mandatory.
  

• Full clean manual driver’s license required.
  

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  

• Passion for supporting individuals in a community -based setting.
