This is a hybrid role with 2 - 3 days in our Dublin office.
As Social Performance Lead, you will act as a strategic partner for some of our biggest clients, providing expert guidance on paid social media strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
You will also oversee the development and execution of high-impact paid media campaigns across the social department.
A key aspect of the role will be to mentor, train, and develop junior and new team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Performance Management:
Oversee the execution and performance of social media campaigns on some of our key clients but also across the social department
Optimize campaigns based on data insights, ensuring key performance indicators are consistently met or exceeded
Lead the development of innovative strategies to improve campaign performance
Monitor trends, best practices, and platform changes
2. Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing relationships and providing regular updates on campaign performance
Collaborate with clients to set objectives, goals, and strategies for upcoming campaigns, ensuring alignment with their business objective
3. Team Training & Development:
Mentor, train, and provide strategic guidance to junior and new team members, helping them to grow professionally and improve their skill set
Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and collaboration within the team, ensuring all team members are equipped to execute at a high level
4. Innovation & Strategy:
Lead innovation efforts across all social media platforms, ensuring the agency stays at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies.
Experiment with new ad formats, targeting techniques, and audience segmentation strategies to maximize performance.
Work closely with other departments (PPC, SEO, Email) to develop integrated campaign approaches.
What we’ll need:
5+ years of experience in paid social media
Social Media Expertise: Proven experience in managing high-performance campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Deep understanding of platform-specific strategies and audience behavior.
Team Development:Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve collective goals. Experience in providing paid social training
Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
Client Management: Experience in managing client relationships, setting expectations, and delivering results that align with client objectives.
Bonus Points:
Experience in mentoring and developing a team of paid media specialists
