This individual will work closely with National Account Managers to develop and close new business opportunities across the Total Communications portfolio. The role combines sales expertise, customer engagement, and solution knowledge to create tailored ICT and cloud-based propositions for SME customers. The ideal candidate will bring strong consultative selling capability, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate customer needs into impactful technology solutions.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n\u2022 Develop and manage a structured plan to achieve and surpass sales targets for Cloud \u0026 Hosting and ICT solutions. \n\u2022 Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring proactive creation, qualification, and progression of opportunities. \n\u2022 Conduct comprehensive Business Ready Conversations to understand SME customers\u2019 goals and digital transformation needs. \n\u2022 Map customer buying centres, identifying key influencers and decision-makers to ensure effective stakeholder engagement. \n\u2022 Design and articulate tailored ICT solutions aligned with customer requirements and market trends. \n\u2022 Prepare and present proposals, lead solution discussions, and support negotiations through to contract closure. \n\u2022 Ensure customers have full visibility of the complete product portfolio, keeping them informed of updates and innovations. \n\u2022 Provide knowledge-sharing and training within the team to bridge product or solution capability gaps. \n\u2022 Collaborate with internal partners across sales, strategy, and marketing to drive consistency in go\u2011to\u2011market activities. \n\u2022 Support management in achieving annual targets and KPIs related to solution sales performance.\n\n## Who you are\n\n\u2022 Experienced professional with 3+ years in a similar consultative or solution sales role. \n\u2022 Skilled in solution\u2011led selling, capable of leading strategic conversations with business decision-makers. \n\u2022 Committed to continuous learning with a growth mindset, remaining adaptable in a fast-evolving digital environment. \n\u2022 Proactive and confident with the ability to identify opportunities through structured customer analysis. \n\u2022 Strong communicator able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. \n\u2022 Experienced in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to complex deal closure. \n\u2022 Adept at understanding partner ecosystems including distributors, resellers, software vendors, and system integrators. \n\u2022 Able to bring customer voice and insights back into the business to enhance propositions and remove barriers.\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
