Sous Chef (day-time shift)

Jilly & Joe's are currently recruiting a sous chef to join our team in Carrick-on-Suir.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working within hotels or in a similar role.
• A passion for and genuine interest in food.
• A mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members.

• Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
