Your Role:

• Deliver customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Familiarize yourself with internal systems to provide accurate and efficient assistance.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues effectively.

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies in a remote work environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• No experience needed, but willingness to learn! 
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation assistance.
