Sr Fund Accountant - Finance & Operations Associate

On behalf of an Investment Manager, I am recruiting an experience Fund
Accountant. The ideal candidate is ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified with 3 – 5 years of
funds experience. This is a great opportunity for someone working in a Fund
Admin to work closely with the Investment Managers. Having experience within
Real Estet, Private Equity or Venture Capital is hugely beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Providing key reporting to Corporate Functions, Group and Local boards
  which may include in-depth analysis and investment support.
  
• Lead, liaise and work with external vendors including but not limited to
  external auditors and third-party administrators.
  
• Responsible for oversight and management of the Portfolio Management
  System and associated systems.
  
• Oversee the NAV (Net Asset Value) process, monitoring daily, weekly, and
  monthly NAVs produced by fund administrators.
  
• Provide transaction support to the relevant asset class on new
  investments/divestments.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 2-3 year's PQE experience.
  
• Experience in Fund administration, Investment Management, operations,
  accounting, financial analysis, or a related role.
  

This role is ideal
for someone who is a qualified accountant working in a Fund Administrator and
looking to work closer with the investors.
